I take donations only from those who are able and willing. If you think the programming here is worth a few bucks, please consider helping me offset the expense. If you choose to flip a few coins in the tip jar, you can be confident that all transactions are secure and will go toward helping keep P42R commercial-free. There is no subscription required to listen. All donations are 100 percent voluntary. Unfortunately, they’re not tax-deductible.
Project 42 Radio is free for you to listen to, but it’s not free to produce. Your donations pay for:
- The bandwidth used to stream Project 42 Radio. We pay for every listener we have.
- Licensing Fees. At this point, this is our biggest expense. Just like terrestrial radio stations, we must pay for the right to legally broadcast music.
- The music (digital and CDs) we use at Project 42 Radio. Unlike FM radio stations, we must buy every song we play. We don’t get free copies for airplay like they do.
- Keeping independent online radio alive and well!
