I’ve read the reactions to Whitney Houston’s death. Some are sad at the news. Others are surprised. Others still took the opportunity to pass their judgement on her for things she had done. My friend and fellow radio alumnus Bob Leonard says it best:
Those comments reminded me that we all have demons – she had to face hers in public…..We all have battles along the way – she had to fight hers in public……We all make bad decisions – she made hers in public. The world has lost one of the greatest singers who have ever graced the planet. Bobbi Christina lost the only mother she will ever know.
Rest in peace, Ms. Houston.

Whitney Houston, who ruled as the queen of pop music from the middle 1980s to the late 1990s, died today. The cause and location of death is not known at this time.
